i was made to feel welcome an comfortable from the moment of walking in. I'd had a bad experience at another place in October and Bad apple made me completely forget that experience. the stylist was amazing, She talked me through options and Her thoughts when i asked for help. Samuel was absolutely amazing! He is the best hairdresser that you could ever ask for. I can’t put into words how happy and blown away I am by my colour today, it was perfect. He is the most amazing and lovely guy, he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He listened to exactly what I wanted, was extremely attentive and talked me through the entire process. I had a colour from a completely different salon that I wasn’t happy with and he fixed every issue I had with it and more! He completely transformed my hair! He is a credit to the business. All the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming from the moment you step in. This was my first ever appointment at Bad Apple and I will definitely be a customer for life now!
